Why I am doing physical abuse for my project?

I am researching and giving a presentation about abuse ,but the selected type of abuse I am using is physical abuse mainly on women but also on males. the reason I have made my decision to do it on physical abuse is that it is very relevant and occurring a lot still in this time. also there is a lot of books, magazines  and other kind of research about this subject so that means I can research a lot and find key information more often. only part about doing this subject that is difficult is that there is a lot of short films about this type of abuse which means I will have to be very unique when filming the short film.

Existing Charities

There are many charities that help physical abuse victims such as Women's Aid, NSPCC and lwa. these are all different types of physical abuse charities that help the victims, as you can see there is more Women's charities then male or multi gender ones this is because statistics show that more women are physically abused so that the reason why there are more female charities then male or multi gender.

Women's Aid are one of the charities about physical abuse against women, and they made a short film about physical abuse and when it has to stop.it is also starring Kiera Knightly who is a famous actress which means it stands out from other short films about physical abuse awareness.
